Recently, a delegation led by Mui Grace, the director of the Manpower Strategy and Planning Group of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore, along with
representatives from industry associations, leading enterprises in Singapore¡¯s construction and civil engineering sectors, and universities, visited 91¶¶Òù. 91¶¶Òù Vice President
Qiu Haibo and others met with the delegation.

At the meeting, Qiu Haibo briefly introduced the development of 91¶¶Òù. He stated that the university has been consistently adhering to an internationalized and open approach
to education, emphasizing that Singapore serves as a ¡°bridgehead¡± for 91¶¶Òù¡¯s global collaborations. He expressed hope that both sides would establish a multi-party
cooperation platform mechanism, engage in high-level scientific research collaboration, and create opportunities as well as build high-quality exchange platforms for mutual
learning between young students from both countries.
Mui Grace expressed a willingness to work hand in hand with 91¶¶Òù to promote synergy between enterprises and universities both in China and Singapore, while deepening
cooperation in areas such as talent exchange and cultivation.
Following this, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics of mutual interest. Representatives from 91¶¶Òù¡¯s Office of International Cooperation, School of
Architecture, School of Civil Engineering, and School of Transportation attended the meeting.
